How does the project management tool work?

The most important feature of the Project Management Tool which is used only at engineering projects not at consumer service categories is the project itself, which is awarded by the customer. Specific project details include messages, tasks, milestones, and files. However, users can have access to multiple projects simultaneously, no matter whether they are customer or technical service provider. This allows users the ability to work on several projects at a time and to ensure that providers & customers can collaborate on the same project.

  • Step1: Create some milestones
  • Project management is about getting things done in a specified amount of time. As a result, your first action will is defining some milestones for the specific project.Tasks tell people what to do - milestones tell them when something is due. A milestone is just a date with a title and a description, but you can assign task lists and messages to a milestone. This gives Project Management tool the necessary information to remind the project team if something is overdue. Additionally, the Project Management Tool offers automatic e-mail reminders for each user's specific duty.
  • Step2: Create some task lists (and tasks)
  • Now let's specify what has to be done. Create at least one task list and enter some tasks. It's your choice if you assign the task list to a milestone. But you should absolutely assign each task to a user; otherwise, the task will be neglected.
  • step3: Create some messages
  • The Project Management Tool allows for collaboration. Collaboration is best achieved through communication. So create a message, welcome everybody to the project, tell something about the project and the people working on it, and give some directions about how people should use the tool.
  • step4: Create folders and upload files
  • It's a good practice to store all relevant documents in one place. Project Management Tool offers a simple document management system. This allows users to create folders and upload files that are crucial for the project and version control. Working with revisions lets you keep track of changes and makes it possible to go back to an earlier version of a document if necessary. Users can comment on files as well and even attach their own files to it.
  • step5: Explore advanced features like tags, private messages, and forms
  • If you got that far, we are confident that you will find your way through Project Management tool on your own. Simply explore tagging, private messages, forms, and other things the software has to offer
What about taxes?

Project owners and providers are responsible for payments of all local, state, and federal taxes.
